My daughter’s house flooded and needed serious work. I was skeptical why floors to your home was so much cheaper than the other stores I went to. However, the install crew were great and we are very happy with our experience.

We had a Terrible experience working with Floors To Your Home in Noblesville. It was ok at first. Our salesperson Matt helped us find flooring for a home that we are rehabbing. We let Matt know that this is for a home that we are rehabbing and that we are buying the flooring in advance and it may take a couple months before it can be laid down as that is one of the last things that goes down when a home is rehabbed. Matt let us know that we can bring back any excess flooring as long as it’s factory boxed and at least 4 boxes. We ended up buying 109 boxes. We paid for the flooring on 10/21/2025. Floors To Your Home did not have enough flooring in stock and had to get it together. They finally got our order together and we picked it up using our SUV on 11/10/2025.We just finished putting the flooring down and had 30 sealed factory boxes left. On 1/24/2026, I loaded the 30 sealed factory boxes in my SUV and drove it back to Floors To Your Home Noblesville. Once getting there, Matt was not at the store and I spoke with a man named Anthony who said that he was the store manager. Anthony was extremely rude, sharp, and hostile with his words and posture and said that they have a 30 day policy for returns and said that they will not take it back. I advised that we were told by the salesperson Matt that we could bring any factory boxed excess flooring of at least 4 boxes back without any issues. Nothing about 30 days was ever mentioned and I never signed anything agreeing to a 30 day return policy.Also, having a 30 day policy is unheard of when most flooring places offer 90 days or more on returns. He was extremely sharp and rude and said that is not his problem and he wouldn’t do anything. He did not care that we were returning customers and said that their policy is written on their website. My friend who has been helping me with the flooring purchase and installation went and spoke with Anthony same day and he was even more rude and hostile and said that he was irritated that he had to explain himself. He said that he didn’t care that we weren’t aware of the policy and that he would not do anything. Anthony also said that he didn’t care if we ever did any future business with him or his store. We were incredibly nice to Anthony but he was extremely angry, combative, and uncooperative the entire time. We have tried calling and texting the salesperson Matt about this issue but he has not responded.After looking up Floors To Your Home return policy, it seems to fall under shady return policies practices which feature hidden traps with an unexpectedly short return window, mandatory original packaging, and high restocking fees. This makes it difficult to get a refund and lacks integrity. Never doing business again with Floors To Your Home!!!
They sold me trash. First is quality: I ordered engineering hardwood and I've got cheapest ever LAMINATE!!! it wasn't mentioned on a websites. Second is customer service: half of plancs are broken, edges also locks and chipped. And thy refused to solve this problem. I've bought trash, never have business with them. Liers and cheaters!!!!!
I had a great experience all the way through with Floors To Your Home. Darren was super knowledgeable and helpful, the install team was truly great (they did a fantastic job), and I am so happy with the result. I highly recommend this company and will go back to them when I'm ready to renovate upstairs. ??
