We couldn't be happier with our experience with Kinsey's! We replaced the flooring in our new home, a 130-year old farmhouse. The ladies in the showroom helped us as we hemmed and hawed over what product to choose, and gave us lots of great advice based on our needs (budget, kids, dog, how hard we'll be on the flooring, age and style of the home, etc). We were able to take several samples to the house, and I really appreciate that there was never any high-pressure sales tactics like you so often find these days. Jodi, Joni and Jennifer were incredibly helpful and wonderful to work with, and we ended up with a product we LOVE and that looks like it's always been in the house (in the best way)! We were concerned that the age of the home would pose problems for installation due to the existing floors not being level and the home having lots of quirks, but Joe and his crew are top-notch and their attention to detail really impressed us. They ended up having to do considerably more work to level some areas of the subfloor, and although it added extra cost, we appreciated that it was done right instead of cutting corners so that our floors will look good for years to come. And the installation was SO fast! We are so thrilled with our new floors, and will be recommending Kinsey's to everyone in the market for new flooring!
