We've used Carpet World twice. They're prices are reasonable and they installed our carpet within a week of ordering.The first time they installed carpet on our stairs and some of the carpet on the risers fell about 6 months later. They came out and fixed it - no charge or fuss.We'll continue to be their customer.
I have replaced flooring several times over the years, most recently last year doing an entire house and every time I used big box home improvement chain stores. I will never do that again because I am so impressed with Carpet World in Norfolk. I needed to replace the existing carpet in a bedroom and walk-in closet with LVP. Carpet World had excellent reviews so I decided to give them a try. The entire process was lightning fast. I went to the store in the morning where I chose from an outstanding selection of quality products. That same afternoon they came to my home and took measurements. The next morning the invoice was ready and by the third day my floor was professionally and expertly installed! The service provided by the store staff and the installers was top-notch. I am so happy with my experience I will go back to Carpet World for flooring, cabinetry and countertops. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Carpet World.
The staff was responsive, professional and scheduled our installation quickly. Their materials were reasonably priced, of high quality and their selection offered very good. The installation team were very thorough, and did a great job on our kitchen and “music” room. They installed the flooring quickly and cleaned up everything when done. I will always request a quote for any service they provide. Bravo!
They were very nice and helpful. They gave me a lot of good information. I will be returning.UPDATE!We purchased Flooring from them and they installed it in a timely manner, at a great price! It was installed by 2 great installers, who knew what they were doing. There were several issues we knew about before the install. The Person I was dealing with came out to the house and we addressed them. He stated it was not an issue, because they could take care of them when the floor was installed. Before the floor was installed, the installers came out and checked everything and again noted the issues with the floor. They again assured me that they would be taken care of at the time of install by them. A couple of days later they started the install, which took 2 days to complete with everything they had to do. I was very impressed with their work and how they explained everything before, during and after the job. They were very clean with their work and left the place almost spotless! We are very pleased that we gotCarpet World - Carpet One Floor & Home to do the job. I had gotten several different quotes from others. This one was a good price with all they did! Some of the others had hidden cost and wanted to up charge before they started! Karl Willke was straight up front with us and we will be using him in the future for any work! This work was done at my son's house when he was away. When he returned he was surprised and amazed at the quality of the product and work done.
