Carpet World - Carpet One Floor & Home

We have used Carpet World three times, first for wood flooring and a couple years later for carpet, we were very happy both times. We dealt directly with Karl, the store manager, and he was great! The installers were very respectful of our home, were on time and did a truly great job. They deserve this 5 star rating!

We've used Carpet World twice. They're prices are reasonable and they installed our carpet within a week of ordering. The first time they installed carpet on our stairs and some of the carpet on the risers fell about 6 months later. They came out and fixed it - no charge or fuss. We'll continue to be their customer.

I have replaced flooring several times over the years, most recently last year doing an entire house and every time I used big box home improvement chain stores. I will never do that again because I am so impressed with Carpet World in Norfolk. I needed to replace the existing carpet in a bedroom and walk-in closet with LVP. Carpet World had excellent reviews so I decided to give them a try. The entire process was lightning fast. I went to the store in the morning where I chose from an outstanding selection of quality products. That same afternoon they came to my home and took measurements. The next morning the invoice was ready and by the third day my floor was professionally and expertly installed! The service provided by the store staff and the installers was top-notch. I am so happy with my experience I will go back to Carpet World for flooring, cabinetry and countertops. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Carpet World.
