Floor Coverings International

We had a great experience with Alex and FCI. They were the only company (out of many) that agreed that they could do both our laminate flooring and our new carpets and keep it under our proposed budget. When the time came to do the work, they really shined! The crew were kind and professional, showing care for our possessions and our home. They removed the old flooring, including some very stubborn tile, added floorboards where needed to level everything out and then installed great looking new floors. The level of quality was evident. When they couldn't complete one of our rooms without extra seams that might have become noticeable, we were immediately notified and Alex made it right, coming back with additional material at no additional cost to us! Highly recommend Alex and FCI Norfolk to others looking to have a new look to their home.

The team at Floor Coverings International was fantastic. My floors have been painted for 87 years. They removed all the paint and tile and revealed beautiful pine floors. Once finished, the floors were stunning. From beginning to end all the task were informative and helpful. Thank you for a great job.
