Absolutely incredible. This is the first time I write a review on a business which I did not hire to do anything. The owner, Stephen Shaffer, showed up at our house promptly at the appointed hour. He was most knowleable and courteous. My wife and I just assumed our floor needed refinishing or waxing. Mr. Shaffer took one look and told us our floor could not be waxed. He proceeded to explain to us how to clean the floor. He was most cordial and helpful. He took his time to make sure we understood what we needed to do. Basically he gave us a free consultation on how to take care of the floor.To sum up, should I ever require floor repairs or embark on a new construction project, Stephen would undoubtedly be my first point of contact. I wholeheartedly endorse him and encourage others to do the same. Thank you, Mr. Shaffer, and may your business thrive for years to come.

They also fixed a few stair treads that our dog chewed. They did a phenomenal job, very good price, we’re on time and completed everything earlier than expected. I would definitely use them again!
