Floor Fashion World

We bought flooring from Floor Fashion World several years ago and it continues to look like new. We have received many compliments about the flooring over the years. Recently, we purchased flooring for our kitchen as well as materials for a backsplash from Floor Fashion World. The customer service was exceptional, the price affordable, the products look fantastic and the people that installed the products were polite and extremely efficient. Thank you for a stress free renovation experience!

Floor Fashion World in North Bay has beautiful products with knowledgeable flooring professionals! I am so pleased with my floors even years after they were installed. I especially appreciated that I could get a good quality, custom-sized area carpet for my living room! Highly recommend Aaron, Brian and their team!

UPDATE- after contacting this business today and explaining what had happened (confirming my name and address) though I did complain all those years ago when this took place it ended with an apology, which is fine. But doesn’t rectify this situation or change my mind that this is a 1 star business. My dog scratched up the carpet in the door way and when I asked the people of floor fashion world if it was possible to just replace that small area they said no the whole room needed to be replaced. I paid to replace the carpet in the entire room and when I saw the finished results they somehow left the same hole in the doorway frayed. When I pointed it out they cut a strip and repaired the small area by cutting out a hole right where the original one my dog created was and replacing that. So basically I paid to replace an entire room of carpeting for them to replace the small strip they told me was impossible due to their own error.

From start to finish of our new home Floor Fashion World was fantastic to work with. We were shown various products in their showroom, with a vast array of choices. From our carpet, to basement vinyl, upstairs laminate flooring, bathroom floor tiles, our superb shower and finally our stunning kitchen. Of course all the grouts and products in between. It was a pleasure to work with Brian and Aaron on designing our dream home. Thank you.

Highly recommend Floor Fashion World. They just finished two sets of stairs for me and my stairs were not easy to work with, they had lots of flaws. But this company did a great job making it loom great. They came when they said they would and their prices are reasonable. They worked with me to find the right carpet and i’m happy with the end result.
