I was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of wood flooring options available!!! Empire definitely offers something for every taste and style, and their knowledgeable staff helped me find the perfect fit for my home. Cannot wait for the next project!!!
Unfortunately with our experience with Empire they fell short of what we expected. Never received a response back from the sales representative nor a text bsck. When i called customer service my call was disconnected and inever received a call back. When i called back i was transferred to a sales manager who said they wouldn't be able to help since i lived out of state.That was never discussed with me when i set the appointment. I was expecting top of the line service which begins with the call. I would NOT recommend them for that.
Excellent customer service! I needed to purchase 8 boxes of LVP that matched my existing flooring. I spent an entire afternoon calling several local companies. Only Empire went to the effort to find the flooring, and called me back promptly. The only other company that located the flooring quoted $1 more per sq. ft. Empire ordered the flooring and had it in stock within a week. They loaded it in my car neatly and were incredibly professional. I highly recommend them and will return in the future.
