I would suggest running far away from this company.. Run, far…We got LVP installed in our family room and the second floor. I don’t even know where to begin with this company. Just thinking about everything that happened makes me nauseous. They are unprofessional, they don’t give a crap about you, their employees will lie. You’ll have proof of it and they’ll still call you the liar. They will threaten to sue you when all you’re asking is for the things that were incorrectly installed/broken to be fixed. They will gaslight you, especially that woman Lynn. She will yell at you, make comments about your home and what’s even more concerning is when she tells you to your face that she tells her crew not to worry about installing at my house because we don’t have ring cameras. The only person that actually tried to be professional was Sebastian. He actually tried and looked equally surprised as me with the behavior of the other employees. The others will scream, call you a liar and threaten you in your own home. The owner, the actual owner of this company doesn’t even care. He came to my house to do the final inspection, he never once mentioned the incident that occurred in my house. He just made excuses for his shitty employees and then proceeds to say “what do you want me to do? Get down on my hands and knees and beg for your forgiveness??” No sir, I expect you to care about your customer and simply apologize for what transpired IN MY HOUSE and at least try to make a customer feel like you actually care.Oh and the craftsmanship? Crap. Absolutely no pride in their work. As you can see in the photos. They actually nailed, NAILED my flush stairnose piece… which you never ever do. The completely messed up my baseboards and tried to pass it off as “totally normal”.Not to mention all the countless air pockets we feel under the floor. An absolute nightmare.
Would suggest finding any other shop than this.Charging premium prices with no customer service and no attention to detail. There was a huge gap between the salesman at the showroom and the actual workers doing the tiling. Was charged for the most modern and best products but then none of it used on site. The finished project wasn’t to my specifications and the salesperson and owner would not even discuss but simply said I was wrong - then threatened legal action to make me pay.Sleazy customer service at best. Charged for solicited Ming and grout sealing but they never did either. After more than a month a new installer showed up and siliconed but told me I didn’t need the grout sealer (even though I was charged for it). The salesman’s response was “oh ya. I guess we didn’t need to charge you for that. Do you want us to refund that?”Icing on the cake was all the damage their installers did while working in my house. Their salesperson even argued about me asking to have compensation for wrecked drywall and corners of doorframes. Again, they wouldn’t take any respite and made me fight to recover any money.I Wish I had stayed away from this shop entirely.
I had a terrible experience with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. I purchased a small amount of tile to replace some at home. When I bought it, they told me to pick it up immediately from their warehouse, which I did within two hours. However, when I got home, I realized the tile didn’t match my existing ones. When I called to return it, an older lady answered the phone and initially told me there would be a 25% restocking fee, which I agreed to. Then she changed it to 50%, and I still agreed. Later, she claimed I couldn’t return it at all because it was “shipped from another state.” That made no sense, as I picked it up from their warehouse just two hours after purchasing it—clearly, it was not shipped from anywhere. When I questioned this, she became rude, told me not to argue, and then hung up on me! The customer service was awful—completely unprofessional and dishonest. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.
