Concept One Floors Ltd

I highly recommend Concept One Floors! They did a meticulous, spotless, and incredibly detail-oriented job on the flooring for my entire unit. The process was seamless from start to finish. I want to give a special shout-out to Blair McLaughlin, who visited in person with several flooring choices and provided expert advice on which products were best suited for my specific condo situation. He handled all the logistics and explanations perfectly. Karen Villanueva was also fantastic—her communication was very fast, and she coordinated everything in a timely manner. I am so glad I had them for this project!

Concept One Flooring did an outstanding job from start to finish. The team comprising of Shubh, Yosef, Oscar, Karen and Sam were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Shubh took the time to explain all of my options, answered every question, and helped me choose the flooring for my space. The installation was smooth, on time, and the attention to detail really shows in the final result. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and the space looks amazing. I would absolutely recommend Concept One Flooring to anyone looking for high-quality flooring and top-notch service

Concept One Floors (Blair, Karen) were excellent on my recent Condo Renovation project, through Atlantis Restoration. Blair was very informative and accommodating with all, and met up with samples, explaining all our options & even dropped off the product to save time. The installer Caesar was also very professional, efficient & cleaned up & removed everything when finished. We would highly recommend them.

Concept One Floor installed new flooring in our home, and their workmanship and technical skills were truly excellent. This was my first time going through a home restoration process with insurance involved, and honestly, it felt overwhelming to handle everything on my own. However, Mr. Malik and Mr. Chilwin went far beyond just providing technical support but also reassurance. Every time I contacted them, they patiently explained each step and helped me understand my options, always guiding me to make the best possible decisions. I really thank to them for their patience, professionalism, and kindness. The entire team was very professional and detail-oriented. As a result, the flooring was completed beautifully, and the final outcome was very very satisfactory! Home renovations can be very stressful, but this company made the whole process run smoothly. I highly recommend this company. I’m writing this review because I genuinely hope to see them continue to thrive and succeed — though I believe they already are! Great people and a trustworthy company! Thank you!

Concept One was easily the most reliable and detail-oriented company in our restoration process. Our representative Blair was invaluable in helping us make our home right again. I would never hesitate to recommend the company to anyone needing flooring services. They made sure everything was up to their standards before project was complete. It is really refreshing to see a company stand by their workmanship and quality to this extent. Thank you
