He handled all the logistics and explanations perfectly. Karen Villanueva was also fantastic—her communication was very fast, and she coordinated everything in a timely manner. Concept One Floors (Blair, Karen) were excellent on my recent Condo Renovation project, through Atlantis Restoration.Blair was very informative and accommodating with all, and met up with samples, explaining all our options & even dropped off the product to save time.The installer Caesar was also very professional, efficient & cleaned up & removed everything when finished.We would highly recommend them.
