Before installing, I visited Arrow for some thinset and discovered the tile I purchased is nowhere near the quality of the tile at Arrow - so I purchased tile from Arrow instead. The staff was so helpful with my DIY project. I’ll be going back to Arrow for any tile projects in the future!

Great customer service. The selection is not overwhelming but you will find what you need...there were actually quite a few more options than I had seen elsewhere. I have Best Tile less than a mile from me and have done business with them, but long time staff turnover and a raging manager chased me away. Small businesses need to realize customers do not HAVE to give them their money. I drove to Arrow more than once and have never been disappointed.
