Yesterday, my husband and I went into Zephyr Rugs looking for a living room rug and also a rug for under our dining room table. We were immediately greeted by Jack who was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Then the owner, Vicky,, came in with a wealth of information that she so generously shared. She explained the different types of rugs, the manufacturing process, and even offered color suggestions when I showed her photos of the rooms where we would be placing the rugs. We were happily surprised to see how many choices we had that were at affordable prices and ended up buying two gorgeous rugs delivered by Jack - today. He helped put the rugs down and stayed until we were happy with everything. Shopped yesterday, received excellent customer service, and we have new rugs in our house today -- what more can you ask? This is a great place -- highly recommended - and we are already talking about getting another rug there soon.

She helped me narrow down the choices and explained the reasons behind them. I was so happy when we got it home and installed it. It was an educated purchase and a great experience.
