After having gone to MANY different flooring stores to look at options with hardwood floors we stopped by Ofallon Family Floors and my mouth dropped when I saw their selections. From the parking lot you couldn't imagine all the options and selection you'll find inside.Most places had a few stands of samples.....this place has row after row! Sad part is I've driven past this place hundreds of times and I had never ventured in. Zac was super helpful and great to work with as he helped us find some options for our desires and then Brian came out for a quote and was in and out with a quote back the next day.From hardwood flooring to engineered to PVL to tile and carpeting. The options are endless but they help you drill down to your desires. One of those trips you say...that was worth going there!***Update ***After getting many quotes we choose OFallon Family Flooring and I will say not one item (even minimal) left us disappointed. The install team of Jim, Matt and Corey were top notch. Jim was the lead and communicated every step and Matt was a beast always the last one here working. As a simple example: On our fireplace they had told us the mortar at the floor would need to be replaced and it would be tough to match. They spent time trying different mixtures and it matches perfectly! It's those little items that meant so much. Plus they moved and covered furniture, cleaned up after each day and kept things as clean as possible. On time everyday, they cared about little details and they work efficiently. Removing and installing new flooring is a tough job especially working around center islands and the twists and turns of our house. Sometimes you look back and you feel 'suckered' by the contractor you hired or let you down or maybe expectations weren't aligned. Not in this case! Could I have saved a little with others? Depends b/c I found many other bids missed a lot of items that I would have had to come back and pay for later. I didn't have the confidence knowing this major undertaking would be done right as I evaluated, looked at reviews, saw how they handled things etc. Plus, their quote was 'comprehensive' and knowledgable. A 9 day project and the result is stunning. Plus their selection of wood products and pricing. I can't say enough about this company and the Leadership which draws and keeps such high quality staff!
Brian and his team at O’ Family Floors are fantastic to work with! I shopped around at other local flooring companies and felt that O’Fallon Family Floors was the most genuine in listening to what I wanted to update my parents’ home. Their prices are UNBEATABLE. From the initial appointment for measurements to the install, everyone was on time, professional, and did a great job. I will send all my friends and family your way if they need any flooring!
I cannot say enough about this company! They were prompt and delivered wonderful service. My floors are beautiful. Marcus was very professional and informative. He did a great job on our floor installation, and was very helpful with putting my furniture back in place, and making sure everything was clean and how I liked it before he left. The carpet installation on my stairs was quick and efficient and I love how it looks. Their floors are high quality and affordable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their flooring.
2 great experiences. We had them replace the vinyl plank flooring in the Kitchen and then the carpet in Great Room. Very timely process and everyone from the salesperson to the installers were courteous. My wife is extremely happy.
Very pleasant experience working with O’Fallon family floors to replace the carpet in a few rooms of our house. We had someone out to measure and got a quote promptly. Their pricing was great compared to a few different companies. Went to the store to pick out carpet options and scheduled. The installers arrived right on time and worked quickly. They were just fantastic and cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased with their work and will happily seek them out with any future flooring needs. Some before and after photos included.
