Fantastic Experience with French Bros. Flooring America! Needed to replace carpeting in three large rooms and found their selection and consulting to be expansive and thoughtful. The office crew was extremely helpful and thorough, and the installation crew was top notch. They were very professional, had excellent attention to detail and did an incredible job with the installation, which included quite a bit of furniture to be moved out and back in place. We had used French Bros. 20 years ago when we remodeled and they were great then and great now!

I had a great experience with French Brothers Flooring. Brad Levesque was so great to work with. He was very nice and responsive. He dropped off samples and I found the perfect flooring. The installation was so easy! They were fast and did an excellent job. I strongly recommend French Brothers Flooring for any of your flooring needs.
One of the employees that was sent to our place was extremely unprofessional, rude, and spoke ill of me. He wasn’t aware that I spoke Spanish. Dented the frame of our door with the lock. He activated the lock without checking with us first. We’re in Shelter Creek and French Bros are one of the approved vendors that we have to use when we get work done. I would have thought that since they do a lot of work for Shelter Creek they would know about the doors. Asked condescendingly if we knew they were coming. Stated multiple times sarcastically that he “loved working in occupied units.Had the Latino gentleman not started ripping off the floor boards as soon as he came in we would have canceled the job. I want to make it clear that Latin gentleman that came was not the unprofessional one. Nor was he the one that spoke ill of me in our home.The admin we set everything up was great. I believe her name is Fatima. Even the gentleman that came to give the estimate. But I can’t in good conscience recommend French Bros to any unit at Shelter Creek because you don’t know who you’ll let into your home.
