We visited several flooring stores in Oakville before finally reaching Hardwood Design Centre. Since this was our very first time getting such work done, we had many questions. Simran (from the Oakville branch) was incredibly patient — he took the time to educate us, personally visited our home to drop off samples, and helped us see how the vinyl looked in both daylight and at night, which made it much easier to make the right choice. He also gave us thoughtful advice and guidance on selecting the right flooring, which we truly appreciated. The price was highly competitive too! The installation team was very impressive:. They were punctual, professional, focused on their work, and carefully moved our furniture, reinstalled everything once the work was done, and after completing each room, they checked in with us to ensure we were completely satisfied before moving on. They cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. We highly recommend reaching out to them if you’re considering similar projects.

The experience at hardwooddesign centre was incredible. We were able to order the vinyl flooring of our liking and the price was very competitive. Mr Simran Pal Singh was very helpful in providing us the details and needed support in making decisions. Special thanks to Mr Prabhvansh Singh who was the first person we met at the store and he was very friendly, explained in detail the products. He was instrumental in us returning to the store. He also supported us over phone of additional material we wanted. All good and shall highly recommend the store.

We are very happy with the flooring and stair work done by Hardwood Design Centre for our home. Vansh really listened to our needs and requirements in order to provide good advice and recommendations. It was clear that he cares about customers and it really showed. The installers also showed a lot of care and worked really hard to ensure the removal and installation went well, spending the time to make sure that sub flooring was level and secured and ready for installation. They prepped by screwing down the sub flooring to remove all the squeaks so that we would be happy with our new floors look, feel and sound. Peter and his team also did an excellent job installing and staining our new Oak stairs/railing and wrought iron pickets. We are really pleased with their attention to detail and the care they took while completing the work. There was an issue with our front door that was unavoidable, and thankfully, they worked with us to rectify the issue fully. They do stand by making their customers happy and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Attached are some before/during/and after photos to show their excellent workmanship. We shopped some local companies and found the Hardwood Design Centre to have the most knowledgeable and helpful staff and competitive pricing. Prabhvansh and the team answered all of our questions, helped us choose the right material and underlay for our hardwood floor project. The product was ready quickly and the quality was incredible. We did install ourselves and the material was easy to work with and the finished result exceeded our expectations. I will come back to the Hardwood Design Centre for all future projects and highly recommend them.
