I purchased tile and installation almost 2 years ago every thing was great.about 2 months ago I needed some more space flooring and took them 1 tile that i had left aThey told me that particular color was discontinued.they could get me the same in different color.they looked at the tile and they ordered it in different color.when I picked up the tile and was going to install it,it was the wrong measurements.I took it back to exchange it but was told that they could not take it back because it was a special order even though it was their mistake. I had to keep it even though I cannot use it.i wound up losing 1,500.00 dollars and the mistake was theirs.
I had an exceptional experience working with Darrell. From measurements to install, he made sure to answer all of my questions about the process. He was patient (I took forever!), knowledgeable (I had a few questions lol ??), and he made everything feel easy and stress-free.The installers, Joe and Mike, were just as impressive. They were meticulous, courteous, and took the time to make sure every detail was done correctly. They also made sure everything was cleaned up afterward, which I truly appreciated. Crenshaw has it all yall!Overall, the service was outstanding!, and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. I highly recommend Crenshaw flooring (Darrell, Joe, and Mike) for anyone looking for quality work and professionalism. Thank yall so much ??Can't wait for my next project "Coming Soon"

Hispanic lady in the front is a lazy who doesnt want to inform you on prices snd shouldn’t be in customer service. Was going to ask for a bid but she did not want ourbusiness.
Not sure why this place was voted the best for 2020. We went in yesterday morning, wasn't greeted. Stood at the desk for a few minutes while two employees talked to an ECISD customer, wasn't acknowledged. Waited around another 10 min, never acknowledged. We went to Pinner to buy carpet.
