Tom Rahling was super-helpful in helping order the shower wall tile we wanted. More importantly, after some research to find a way to order a particular mosaic to go with what we had ordered, he called to tell me that he had found it - but that "It's pretty pricey!" When he told me the cost, I agreed! We decided to wait until the wall tile came in to look some more.I really appreciate the fact that Tom's concern for the cost to us as customers was more important than making the sale! Had a great experience a year ago, but not this time. Here’s what you can expect if they don’t change the direction of their company.1. You will receive a picture text to you for your quote that is a hand written installation request. This will be the only paperwork you will see. (Real professional model for 2025)2. The job wasn’t completed. If you recognize an issue like the floors are thinner than the previous ones you had and you ask what solution could fix the gap between baseboard and floor before any floor is laid you are told via text by your salesman “my suggestion would be to pay the installers directly to remedy the issue” and “I have 3 tubes of high quality caulk color chocolate on your ticket, not sure if there will be enough”….(if you make a purchase, plan on zero help resolving simple issues like these even if you are willing to pay extra for the job to be done right. Apparently there were only 3 tubes of caulk left in the world so the job just couldn’t be completed. This will also be the last thing communicated to you by the business.)3. You will receive no follow up when they decide the job is completed. No call, no text, no nothing. You will also not receive a receipt or any kind of proof the job was completed. If you pay in full over the phone you will never will hear anything from them again. All they want is your money.4. Poor cleanup job.5. Caulking they did in front of doorways looked like a 2 year old art project.I don’t need or want anything from these guys. I will finish the job myself. I won’t use these guys in the future and hopefully they will get things back to what made the business successful in the past. Great quality work and great customer service.
James and George helped me decide on flooring and with coordinating the installation. James brought out samples when he came out to measure and worked up a reasonable quote. George was there for me when I had questions about the installation. The installers were top shelf and helped not only to move furniture, but helped put the heavy furniture in place. I appreciate the hard work and it shows, Jose and crew!
I was looking for luxury vinyl plank flooring. They had a very large selection. We ended up ordering from them. They also gave us many tips for installing it ourselves. Their prices were some of the best we've seen. I am planning on purchasing a few area rugs from them in the future. We installed the floors ourselves and we love it@
