The best supply houses around for flooring tools, and supplies.
Their delivery arrived and the 5 men inside stood around looking at each other while the truck driver struggled with their snow/ice covered driveway. They said maybe this and probably that. They want the delivery, but putting some man power to the driveway was work no one thought to do except the truck driver. Lazy.
The sales guy I spoke with was very unhelpful.The opposite of someone you would want store front for sure. If you are someone who makes informed decisions based on knowledgeable sales folks look elsewhere. I’ll continue to order all our shower components online.
Dock area is not in the best location but once I got docked, unloading went very quick.
I went in and started talking to the 3 guys behind the counter. Not 1 of them made eye contact until I was halfway through my question. Even then the guy that momentarily looked up was holding his phone in front of his face talking to me saying that he didn't have what I needed.
