We returned to Carpet Corner for the third time, this time to recarpet our upstairs. Maria helped us with the process and was fantastic. She helped us find carpet we loved for a great price as well as coordinating stair carpet and hard surface flooring for closets. The coordination of measurement and installation went flawlessly. 6 stars for Carpet Corner if we could give it.
My wife and I came to this store to look at samples. Carol Bradley helped us. She did this despite the fact that we're buying our flooring somewhere else. She helped us patiently and was very pleasant the entire time. We managed to pick out a color for our floors with her valuable input and experience. Next time I need flooring.I'll go looking for Carol.
We recently re-carpeted 2 rooms in our home. We chose the Carpet Corner store located on 151st & Ridgeview Road in Olathe because of their outstanding reputation for its large merchandise selection, competitive pricing, high quality installation and exceptional customer service. Manager Maria Harris made the buying process so simple and enjoyable, devoting a great deal of her time and attention to our design interests and needs. The two carpets we selected were high-end Karistan products that were on sale and were reasonably priced. The installation team consisted of a person who carefully measured our 2 spaces to be re-carpeted, and 2 installers that moved furniture, removed the existing carpet/pad and ultimately installed the new carpet/pad. The installation team was very professional and personable. They stayed on task with little or no conversation from beginning to end of the installation process. The moved furniture was put back in place perfectly. The re-carpeted rooms look beautiful. Maria followed up with us several times before, during and after the project was completed. Maria gave us a high level of confidence that we made the right choice in selecting Carpet Corner of Olathe for our home improvement project. The end result is that we are extremely satisfied with our experience and have told our friends and neighbors. Two thumbs up!!!
We had a great experience with Carpet Corner! Maria helped us with our purchase and was so knowledgeable and pointed us towards the best value. We got an amazing deal on really high quality carpet. The installation coordination was very professional and went smoothly. We even had an issue with fitting a fridge after installation and they came back out and helped us adjust the carpet to get the fridge in. It was an excellent experience and top notch customer service. We’ll definitely be returning if we have a need for carpet in the future!
