Adam at Payless Flooring was a stellar guy in our book!!! He went above and beyond to meet our needs! His crew removed all old carpet & pad in our newly purchased house, and laid all new pad & carpet in 2 days! The guys worked hard and stayed until the whole job was finished! Walter and his team did a fantastic job replacing my carpet, adding hardwood floors and sanding the existing ones to make them all match. Very easy and accommodating to work with. They painted a couple of the hardwood floor colors I had decided on as samples so I could make a decision on the color. I would highly recommend and will use them again for the rest of my house.

Walter and his crew are the best! They are great to work with on the front end for consulting (Walter really cares that you get the best item at best value that fits your family and needs). They do professional detailed work (they are careful with the baseboards and hide carpet seems extremely well). This is the second time we have hired them. The first for carpet on main floor and stairs. And this time for LVP and carpet downstairs. They are always working to make sure we are completely happy. Communication and timeliness is amazing. Highly recommend them and will call them again for the next project.
