Floor & Decor

As a contractor, I regularly purchase all of my flooring and tile materials from Floor & Decor. Because of this, I decided to schedule a design appointment for a bathroom renovation project at my own home.

I booked an appointment with Snigdha Singh for 5:00 PM. When I realized I was running late, I made sure to call ahead to inform her. We were able to reschedule the appointment for 6:00 PM, which worked for both of us.

We arrived at Floor & Decor on time and met with Snigdha Singh. I even brought photos of the design and style I was hoping to achieve in order to make the consultation easier and more efficient. As we began walking around the store looking at different aisles and products, Snigdha ran into another customer and started assisting him as well.

At that point, we felt that our scheduled appointment time was not being respected. Snigdha asked if she could take a couple of minutes to help the other customer. However, she walked away and never returned to continue assisting us.

After waiting for some time with no follow-up, we decided to leave the store. I then called the store and spoke with the manager to file a complaint and explain what had happened. As a loyal customer and contractor who regularly shops at Floor & Decor, this experience was disappointing and made us feel that our time was taken for granted.

I hope this feedback helps improve how scheduled design appointments are handled in the future. Took place and how we are treated.

We visited our local Floor & Decor and honestly, we were completely overwhelmed at first — there are SO many options! Thankfully, we were greeted by Snigdha right away. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and knew the store layout inside and out, which immediately made us feel more comfortable and less lost.

One of the best things about Floor & Decor is the huge selection of samples you can actually purchase and take home to compare with your current renovations. Even better — you can return the samples! That made the decision process so much easier and stress-free.

Snigdha truly went above and beyond for us. We selected our flooring and shower tiles, and then needed guidance on niche tile inserts. We explained what we were envisioning and she recommended several beautiful styles and color options that worked perfectly with our choices. She even brought out a grout palette so we could match everything seamlessly with our flooring and tiles. That level of detail and care made such a difference.

If you’re in the area and planning a renovation, definitely visit this location and ask for Snigdha. You will not be disappointed!
