Stay very far away! We purchased tile from B & R Flooring and had a very disappointing experience. When I called to arrange a return of some of the tiles, our salesperson Brian said we were past the 30-day window — even though it had only been about a week. He told me he would contact the manufacturer and get back to me. He never did.I followed up twice more and received no return calls. My husband also tried reaching him and did not receive a response. No where on the paperwork does it say 30 days.To make matters worse, the contractor Bryan recommended botched our project, leaving us unable to use the tile. When we returned the unused tile to the store, they refused to issue any refund. The lack of follow-through, communication, and customer service was extremely frustrating. We expected better support, especially after purchasing materials and trusting their contractor recommendation
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Tons of flooring options to pick from. I worked with Brian and gave him a very difficult task to get product right away. He was fast to check local inventory levels, gave me as many options as possible, called several vendors and helped me get product needed to start and complete a tight time frame. Incredible job Brian and everyone at B&R flooring!
We just purchased all new flooring for all the carpeted areas of our home. The B&R staff were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable throughout the process. They took the time to carefully understand how the carpeted areas were to be used, whether there were pets, extra requirements, etc. Staff carefully measured, then went over options for any needed seams. Installation was equally professional, with VERY courteous folks and outstanding workmanship. (I'm a retired facilities manager; I'm very picky and have seen a carpet installation or two.)We had our living room re-carpeted by one of the "discount" stores only 5 years ago and already needed to be replaced. While the carpet quality was ok, the installation was inferior and unraveling in several areas. The whole process was hurried, production-line style, with multiple vendors involved, all pointing their fingers at each other throughout the process. That's why we used B&R flooring, which "managed" the process from the moment we walked into the store to the handshake as the installers left. I fully recommend them and will use them for future flooring needs.
My wife and I went here for a couple of reasons. My father did property maintenance and used them for 15 years and our close friend referred us to this place because they know one of the owners Laura and told us go see them. After going to great floors and carpet liquidators we chose them because we heard good things about them. Chip helped us in the showroom and so we thought we would be moved through the process in a timely manner. However, we went in on a Saturday and picked carpet after asking questions and timelines, we were told we would need a measurement done by them, which was fine. Monday nothing, and after calling later Monday I was told Damien would call to schedule an appointment as he is not in on Mondays. Tuesday Damien came and did the measurements, but when he was leaving, I asked about total square footage which he replied, "he can't give us measurement estimates and that Chip should be following up the next day on Wednesday as Chip is not in on Tuesdays." Today is Wednesday and finally at 1pm I decided to call again, Chip responded and I said, "I would like to know what the estimates are on replacing our carpets" He replied "Did the measurements get done?" I said "yes" Damien was out here yesterday. He said, "I don't have your information."I told Chip "If I can't get an estimate on Carpet within the next hour or so, we would just go to another company" he said "let me see what I can do and get back to you."I understand we are not the only customer; however, I also understand that today would be 5 days since we visited their showroom. I definitely don't feel like a customer here. I also feel that to get an estimate, the process should be a little quicker. We want new flooring before Christmas and would like to have this done in our home when available.Maybe I am just complaining, but I also feel like our experience at this point wasn't worth our time to go to their business. I work 2 jobs and don't have time to randomly miss a phone call on a purchase this large.
This is my floor. We spent over $42,000 with company for the build of our home. The pictures are what our floor looks like after 2.5 years. This company sent a floor inspector to look at our floor, because they tried to say we were doing something wrong. The inspector told me to my face the issues we are having is due to a cheap product, and bad installation. The official report was sent to this company and they refuse to speak with us, lying to us every chance saying that they haven't read the report that have had for over a month and a half. I would never trust these people to floor my dog house. They are crooks and liars. Don't trust them. The pictures don't lie.
