As you can read on the other reviews, we had a similar excellent experience with Washington Hardwood Floors & Remodeling LLC. and specifically with Edgar who seamlessly managed the major remodel project on our condo which included a new kitchen layout, new dining room cabinets, two bathrooms, a new walk-in closet, updated ceilings, new recessed lighting throughout, and painting the full condo. Edgar set up a well-defined project timeline (which he was able to stick to) and managed all the activities with the various contractors, the building management, and city inspectors. Edgar provided us with weekly updates and promptly addressed concerns or questions we had along the way. We are very happy with the quality and outcome of the remodel. Awesome. Bought our first home and the first thing we wanted to do was take the carpet out and install hardwood. After a few quotes we landed on Washington hardwood. They were super easy to work with, and very fair. They even came on the weekend to finish it earlier so my BF could help pick the stain before he left on a work trip. Edgar was super communicative and easy to work for and they left the space so beautiful. Would recommend them over and over again. We are planning on tiling are bathroom next and super excited to work with them again.

They were the only company we could find that was able to acquire a product that matched the rest of our old oak hardwood original flooring. Edgar's experienced professionals diligently installed their quality materials efficiently. They removed and replaced our baseboards with touchup paint for an undisturbed appearance. We only had a couple issues that were addressed and resolved with a timely response. We also appreciated a military discount.
