I would like to highlight Pati at the IE store for her expertise in window treatments. I just received a call from a client who said she is extremely happy with the motorized shades and blinds that were installed for her. Pati was extremely helpful because she knows the technical details for her product lines in addition to having a great eye. Window treatments are challenging and a lot of technical details and expertise are involved. Pati also has great knowledge about fabrics and wallpapers as well.As a designer, I need the education I always receive from Pati, I need the vendor to know the product technicalities of their lines.
