Thrilled with the service we received. They are very patient and knowledgeable. Prices were awesome. Now, the installation. I cannot express how terrific they were. They came and removed the old carpet (which was nasty and old) and cleaned. Then installed the flooring. Installed the baseboards and did the finishing in the doorways as well. They even removed the baseboard heaters so they could get the flooring right up to the wall. Who does that now? They do and they did. They worked so hard and when they left, you couldn't even tell they had been there. Thank you so very much. We were speechless. Definitely, recommend and will be back again soon.
Very quick installation with very few mistakes. They were quick to come back and fix anything we saw that needed to be fixed and worked endlessly to ensure the flooring was installed in one day. Carpet is great quality and the staff were very helpful!!
Just had a carpet installed on a set of stairs and hallway upstairs. The pricing was very reasonable and the customer service at the store was excellent. The installers worked extremely hard and communicated well. We were very pleased but unfortunately when finished we noticed the carpet pattern was ‘crooked’ in the hallway. The owner visited our home, evaluated the issue and then gave us options to fix the concern. We ended up having the hallway carpet replaced as he insisted the main goal was to make us happy and a well treated and satisfied customer. We certainly were pleased with his taking responsibility for the concern and not trying to minimize our concerns…a refreshing attitude in today’s business world. We would strongly recommend doing business with End of the Roll..
Umid and his brother Jawid were so professional and awesome to work with! We are beyond impressed with the quality of the work and would highly recommend them. We are looking forward to working with them again to have them install more flooring in our home. They are such hard workers and super nice. I really liked that when you go to the store you talk with them and they are actually the ones who come out and complete the work. I had multiple quotes from other companies and they were able to save me thousands. Keep up the great work! Thank you again!!
We just had the new management / owner's (2 months) from End of the roll Orangeville install Vynal flooring in our house.I had actually installed new flooring in our kitchen about 2 years ago. The stuff was cracking and lifting. Quality was very poor. That was my mistake bieng un educated.We met with Umid at the store. He educated us on the different grades of flooring and where you use what. He gave us a what we felt was a very good price. ( we didn’t even go for pricing anywhere else due to how he looked after us from the minute we walked into his location). We decide to go with him and his team.I have to say it was the best decision my wife and I have ever made when it comes to our house.The install looks amazing, the quality and speed of the install were incredible.They were such a nice team to work with. I would recommend visiting them and giving them the opportunity to work with you.You will not be sorryGarry Hunt
