IM IMPRRSSED! Most likely any company you call with install your floor. What happens when you call them about one little correction? Most of them will blow you off. Not FCI they were at my house 2 hours later! I had already signed off. They could easily have said no. Not FCI. April happily said we will be right over. I need a +++ to put on these 5 stars.
Jason and his team were absolutely fantastic! He met me twice at my house with the mobile showroom. He gave me quotes on a few different options. He never once pressured me to proceed forward, but gave me realistic goals and expectations. The job came out absolutely perfect. More than just the outstanding quality they provided, they also treated me and my family with the upmost respect and understanding. We prepared the floors the best we could to be replaced. We moved all items that we possibly could. Unfortunately, I did not have anyone available to help me move the heavy items. I explained this to Jason, And he told me not to stress about that. I also told him that I didn’t want the house to be completely unlivable with my children. As you can imagine that is stressful for all of us. I will tell you, he overestimated the job duration on purpose and guesstimated a few days, but he was able to deliver on almost 3000 ft.² of flooring in one business day. I left to work and I had the house how I purchased it, and when I came back home, it was a completely new house. Down to the trim everything was perfect. I cannot speak more highly of this company. You truly get what you pay for. He is not going to nickel and dime you to get the job. He Simply states what it would take to get this job done perfectly. I have a big appreciation for that. And lastly, his team that came in to do the job was awesome. He has a very big team well equipped to do the job perfectly. They worked seamlessly together. And they were very respectful and trustworthy. Check them out. You won’t be disappointed.
This is the second time that I have used this company. They’re always so polite on time and the first day the guy was coming to start my floors they had issues with the company van so he brought his personal car to be on time. This is dedication. I recommend them 100%.
Jason and April were great to work with for replacing our floors. They explained the different options and once we selected the floor type, they kept us updated on the progress and steps and were very responsive. Everything went according to the planned timeline, which was great! Our floors are now so much better than before and the overall process was very smooth.
Jason was very friendly, responsive, and really worked with us in finding the right flooring for our home! He gave us a great deal and had his team get the whole house done quick within 2 days they were very nice and worked very efficiently. We were very impressed at the final results, everything was perfect better then we imagined in our minds! I highly recomment them for any of your flooring concerns! 10/10 experience!
