I contacted Sal for vinyl plank on our main floor (we had old parquet) and a fresh coat of paint and within a day or two he was at our house doing measurements and introduced us to his painter. Sal was reliable, communicative, knowledgeable and gave us exactly what we were looking for! Actually, it turned out even more beautiful than I pictured it. We needed to replace all the old carpets on our 2nd floor; something we had never done with a professional before and we're unsure where to start. I am so glad I reached out to Sal and his team for a quote! Sal is absolutely wonderful to work with and a phenomenal business owner. He is quick with communication, super friendly, and was very helpful with making the right choices for our project. We really appreciated his transparency and updates during the process; our install was delayed a little because of material availability but Sal made sure we knew and gave us a message every couple days. We never once felt forgotten about! We also changed the scope of our project halfway through, adding some additional finishes, and without hesitation or difficulty Sal accommodated our wants.
