Best Flooring store hands down. Prices are great , the products and quality , and the owner and staff are very knowledgeable and would never steer you in the wrong direction. I also recently had to return a product that I purchased weeks before due to a customer changing their mind and they took it back and gave me a full refund no questions asked. Easy Floors is the only flooring store I would recommend.
Extremely kind staff! I haven't personally purchased anything here but while I was doing laundry next door I was feeling unsafe due to the other person in there (walking in backwards circles, talking gibberish, and watching me around a corner), I went next door to ask if they knew how to contact the owner or if it was same owner and the young guy working offered to come stand inside the laundry mat with me so I could continue putting my laundry in and feel safer doing it. He made me feel much safer and im extremely grateful for his kindness.
Personal and excellent customer service. Omar went above and beyond to meet my tight deadlines. Expert and insightful advice, high quality product plus a price that even impressed my flooring installer. I can't say enough good about Easy Flooors and Omar. My last project was with another flooring supplier, this experience makes me want to kick myself for not going with Easy Floors sooner. He refused to sell me the cheaper product version that I went looking for becuase he said that I would regret it. He was right! The look, feel and durability can't even be compared to my other flooring location. Even though the base flooring is not in perfect shape, his recommendations is performing above average. He personally delivered the flooring to me when his delivery staff got delayed. I'm impressed! If you shop somewhere else you are making a big mistake.
