I am really happy with the carpet runner installed on my stairs. Shawn was easy to deal with and able to order the carpet that I wanted at a great price with a fairly quick install time. The guys that showed up were friendly, efficient, and cleaned up at the end. Overall it was a great experience and I won't hesitate to reach out to them again when I need other rooms completed.

I would like to extend a heartfelt thank-you to Chris, Shawn, and the entire team. From start to finish, they were knowledgeable, kind, and a true pleasure to work with. One of the best parts of their service is the convenience—they bring everything directly to you. They updated the original carpet in our home and completely transformed our interior. Their work was thorough, efficient, and completed with great respect for our space.

They also stand firmly behind their service. After the installation, we asked Chris and Shawn to return to address a few squeaks in the floor. They responded promptly and spent extra time securing the subfloor to the best of their ability—especially impressive given that it’s an older home with inherent limitations.

I sincerely applaud Chris and Shawn for their professionalism and reliability. I never had to follow up with them, which is truly rare these days.
