What customers say
Several customers praise helpful, knowledgeable staff and describe good results from their flooring work. One customer found staff's hardwood knowledge limited and says a rented sample was double charged; they received the full refund only after two weeks and multiple visits and phone calls. That customer also says pricing and price matching were not competitive for the chosen product, so they did not buy.

I put down engineered hard wood and tiles in the first floor of the house. It was a great experience with Perry and Dave. Youssef did an outstanding job. He gave me sound advice that helped produce better floors and his work was terrific. Would recommend to anyone

While staff was quite friendly, I found their understanding of hardwood limited. I did "rent" a sample but had a difficult time with the return - I was double changed and only after 2 weeks and multiple visits and phone calls was the full amount finally refunded.
Their pricing, and price matching was not as competitive for the product we picked, so we didn't purchase from them.
