While staff was quite friendly, I found their understanding of hardwood limited. I did "rent" a sample but had a difficult time with the return - I was double changed and only after 2 weeks and multiple visits and phone calls was the full amount finally refunded.Their pricing, and price matching was not as competitive for the product we picked, so we didn't purchase from them.
