Stittsville Flooring

I am so glad I choose Stittsville flooring to carpet my stairs. I was unsure what to color to match or type of carpeting to select. They loaned me some color samples, and educated me in the type of carpeting that would perform well on my stairs. My wife wanted to have some company over during the holidays, so a short window to install was key. After some phone calls, they were able to meet our timeline. I had personal injury and had to push the date a week. Stittsville made it happen. I am so grateful for picking a place with 5 star service. More importantly, my family loves the new carpeting.

Our experience with Stittsville Flooring has been incredibly positive. They were highly responsive every step of the way, from selection and answering questions, to the floor install itself. Our new floors are beautiful and their prices were very reasonable. And a bonus that the work was completed even faster than we could have expected. I will be recommending them to everyone we know!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! If I had listened to the few negative reviews online, I would have missed out on an incredible experience. From start to finish, everything was beyond my expectations. The installation team was outstanding, professional, respectful, and truly dedicated to perfection. They went above and beyond to make sure every single detail was flawless. My floors look stunning!! The transition from carpet to hardwood completely transformed my home! And the owner, Ehmad, is simply amazing. He’s kind, genuine, caring and stands by his word. Not only did he give us the best price compared to every other quote we received, but he also made sure the entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. They finished on time, accommodated my schedule, and left everything spotless. They even had a Quality Assurance manager who came on site to inspect the work being done. Top notch! It’s rare to find this level of craftsmanship, honesty, and customer care all in one place. I’m beyond thrilled with the results and will be recommending Stittsville Flooring to everyone I know. Thank you, Ehmad and team, for going the extra mile and delivering perfection! You’ve truly earned a customer for life.

We recently had Stittville Flooring renovate our old carpet stairs. We are beyond impressed! We needed the job done before Christmas and they made sure to accommodate us and ensured a timely job. The installer was extremely patient and kind - and easy to work with. He made sure everything was to our taste. I couldn’t recommend Stittsville Flooring enough. HIGHLY recommend.
