He communicated clearly throughout the entire process, which made scheduling and planning very easy. Installation day went exactly as promised—they arrived on time, were professional, and worked efficiently. The installers did an excellent job, and we were especially impressed with how carefully they protected our newly refinished hardwood floors while they worked. Great Experience!! Had to replace the carpet after my basement flooded. Jay and Ken worked with me to meet my budget (beat competitors) and accommodate my timeframe. They were able to source my selection and kept me updated on the shipment status. Installation was promptly scheduled, it was supposed to take two days but the team got it done in one day!
