Awesome experience with KC Floorworx! We had our toilet in the basement ruin the bathroom floor as well as some flooring in the lower room. They helped us through every step of the way from the insurance claim, flooring suggestions/samples, and finally completed with a perfect install. We also had them do our garage with epoxy flooring and you cant even tell its the same garage! All of their different crews/contractors were prompt, professional and friendly. Will definitely be in touch in the future with any flooring needs.
We had the best experience working with KC Floorworx. We had previously redone our upstairs flooring with a big box store and their preferred installer, but it ended up being an absolute disaster... We got in touch with KC Floorworx and the entire process was amazing. The owner was responsive and she came next day to measure. The quote was LESS than the big box store prices, and the product and installation were far superior. We are so in love with our new flooring. AND the kind installer actually fixed some of the damage that previous installer left behind.
We love our flooring we had put into our salon! They were so easy to communicate with and had samples ready when I showed up. Our girl even was willing to go out of her way to meet with me as needed. I had Kcfloorworx remediate some asbestos tile in my basement with a layer of concrete and some LVP, and I couldn't have been happier with the work they did. Victor came out to pour the concrete, and despite a misunderstanding on the scope of the project (on my end), he was able to accommodate and cover all the areas we needed. His work alone was a huge improvement to the floor. They next had Lyndon handle the LVP installation, who has some serious skills with a saw. The walls of my basement are uneven, and I never expected him to take such care to cut pieces to precisely fit the odd and irregular walls. The end result was fantastic.The people at the front office were all helpful and dedicated as well. Everyone I encountered at this company showed great skill and exceptional dedication. Would absolutely work with them again in the future.
