Mari, the manager, was fantastic in closing out the sale and went above and beyond by offering to store the flooring for a week until we were ready to pick it up. The service was excellent all around—and the Bison burger she recommended at Lazy Dog was a solid win too.

Various in-store tile selections. I recommend seeing tiles installed with grout in the store rather than looking at just a sample. There are also bathroom hardware in store as well. I came to store just to get a sample but ended up picking my backsplash and floor tiles.
Beware of False Marketing Claims – Avoid Floor & DecorFloor & Decor makes bold claims about product quality but refuses to stand by them when issues arise. Their D- rating and 1.3-star review on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) speak for themselves—countless customers have faced the same unwillingness to accept responsibility for subpar products that fail to meet advertised standards.I purchased Optimax Sapelo Shore planks specifically for their advertised “durability,” a claim made by sales staff, packaging, and in-store comparison displays. However, after installation, I quickly realized the flooring was nowhere near as durable as promised. When I contacted Floor & Decor, they denied my claim outright because I had already accepted and installed the product—completely disregarding the fact that durability is something you can only assess after installation.Spending thousands of dollars on flooring marketed for its resilience, only to have it dent and scratch from something as minor as a dropped pen or TV remote, is unacceptable. Yet Floor & Decor refuses to take any responsibility for their deceptive marketing.Perhaps the most telling sign of their poor product quality is the store’s own display model. When I first purchased my flooring in October, the display looked intact. Now, just a few months later, that same model—installed and mounted by Floor & Decor—is visibly falling apart. Keep in mind, this display isn’t even exposed to foot traffic or daily wear, yet it’s breaking down just like mine. If their so-called “scratch-, dent-, and gouge-resistant” flooring can’t even hold up on a display, how can they expect customers to believe in its durability?Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere—Floor & Decor does not stand behind their products.
