This crew did a great job. Quality product, quality install, and attention to detail. 100% satisfied customer.Additionally, they accidentally broke something in the house and totally owned up to it. This company has accountability and ownership to their craft and they stands behind their work. That is very rare today and much appreciated.
Have been disappointed in the Del's Flooring Contractor experience. We've been given the run around on pricing for months. After our measure, and agreeing on exact flooring materials, we were quoted $15k for 4 bedrooms. Ahead of material order, we received an invoice for $30k with no explanation. Any questions we asked via email were only answered cryptically by phone. We were told that one of our choices was much more expensive than expected. In order to get back to the original quote, we said no problem, we'll go with a less expensive flooring. After weeks we received another 30k invoice. This time, no explanation, no answer to phone calls or emails. Huge waste of time and energy attempting to work with DFC. Don't think their practices are honest and reliable.
