Mod Floors

I recently visited Mod Floors in Rancho Mirage, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the owner, Kirsten, who made the entire process truly special. Kirsten’s knowledge, creativity, and genuine enthusiasm for what she does immediately put me at ease. She took the time to understand my project and guided me through an impressive selection of tiles with care and expert advice. Her attention to detail and personalized service made all the difference. It’s rare to find someone so passionate and committed to customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for high-quality tile and an experience that feels both professional and personal, Mod Floors is the place to go. Thank you, Kirsten, for making my visit so memorable—I can’t wait to come

Kirsten has been great to work with over the past year on our full home remodel. She provides a very personable experience. She is knowledgeable and answers questions with appropriate direction and guidance. She is quick to respond to emails. The products she offers are high quality and not found at other places in the area. We have gotten tile, wood floors, carpet, quartz countertops, and even cabinet pulls. Would highly recommend Mod Floors for any remodel project.

We had a wonderful experience at Mod Floors. . My first time in the store, I spoke with Kirsten‘s father who had been in the Flooring business for many years. Then I shopped around a bit and realized that I wanted the customer service I got at Mod Floors. Kirsten gave me real life, anecdotal information on the different types of flooring and we chose a laminate that we are so happy with.
