We hired Prestige to not only do our flooring, inside the house and our 3 patio areas, but also renovate our home with new windows, new doors, electrical work, plumbing work, etc. etc. The work was done on time, the work was done as professionally as I have ever seen work done, and for the cost quoted: no overruns, no nickel and diming, NO EXCUSES, just absolute attention by the owner to every detail. We are very picky people and we have no complaints.
Okay, so the job was completed end of February 2025. End of May, because of seeping water that no one could have foreseen, tiles on our back patio popped up. We called Prestige. Within 3 days they had a crew out to our house: no argument, no hemming and hawing, just standing behind their work, totally fixed the problem. These are excellent people to do business with.

The following review is my opinion of my recent (September 2022) experience with Prestige Flooring Center.
1. During the flooring installation the installers damaged my walls. They used leveling compound andtrim paint to try and repair in some areas. Other areas were left damaged. See photos below.
2. Instead of putting my furniture in a covered carport ( less than 10 feet away) they stacked it up outside and uncovered from Friday until the following Monday. When I asked them to cover the furniture with a tarp they placed a clear plastic garbage bag on a few pieces. I have bird droppings on a chair that was left outside. See Photo Below.
3.While moving the bed in the guest room they damaged the bed and refused to take any responsibility. See photo below
4. When I informed them of the issues I was having they refused to take any responsibility for their employees actions.
5. My home and furniture were filthy and covered in dust from being outside and then left uncovered while the leveling compound was sanded. They did agree to clean the mess but only after I complained. In my opinion it is not my job to clean up after their employees.
In my opinion the owners had no interest in addressing any of my concerns. Their only concern was getting payment.

In my opinion I would never under any circumstances use this company again.

We really appreciated the great service at Prestige Flooring, specifically from Dino. He had excellent support from the staff and owner. Dino worked diligently for us with our specific tile remodel needs. Prestige Flooring knows what they're doing, I highly recommend them.

We used Prestige flooring to replace our bedroom carpets and to clean and regrout a large area of porcelain tile in the living areas. We could not have been more pleased with Prestige’s professionalism and service. They were prompt, courteous, and dependable. Their work is spotless – they clean up beautifully.

We want to especially commend Prestige for their work on our porcelain tile. The poor quality of the initial installation caused problems repairing the grout. Prestige reworked the grout multiple times to solve the problems and were totally committed to the best possible work. Jeff came over numerous times to check on the work. They even stood behind their initial pricing quote despite the extra time and labor. This speaks to their commitment to their customers.

We plan to use Prestige for any additional flooring or tile work. We can’t speak highly enough of their service and professionalism. Working with Prestige has been a pleasure.
