If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Our school purchased glassless mirrors from CWF Flooring. They arrived over a week late and two were damaged in the shipping. The damage wasn't evident until the packaging wrapping was removed. Even then, the damage wasn't clear until the mirrors were unpacked. I called CWF Flooring after receiving them, the owner, Tyler proceeded to yell at me and tell me it was my fault for accepting a shipment that was damaged. When I explained the circumstances and that I had documentation, he proceeded to tell me that "we were not going to get along" and hung up on me! The district and myself have called several times to inquire about a replacement and this company is avoiding our calls instead of filing a claim and having them replaced which should be an easy fix since pictures and video were submitted to show the damaged packaging. Save yourself any issues and DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. This should have been an easy fix but instead they want to cheat our school and take school district money. Shame on CWF Flooring.
Beware! They deliver SO late. Shop around and you will find their prices are not even good. It was an expensive lesson for me to learn. Received rubber flooring a month after. I already purchased at ete (fast, honest and cheaper) and installed and still didnt receive cwf. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Do not order from this place! They lost our $3,000 order in the system for 4 weeks! And then when I emailed trying to figure out what was going on and why our very expensive order was misplaced, they just replied with a single sentence saying when our mirrors would be shipped out. When I inquired further and asked to cancel our order because we no longer needed them, I received no response. Our $3,000 mirrors arrived today but we no longer have a use for them and wanted to get a refund before they shipped. However, due to their poor customer service, our low budget, school funded program is stuck with this purchase we no longer have a use for. BAD customer service, do not order through them!
If I could give a zero, I would. On CWF (Cartweel Flooring) Flooring's web site, the heavy duty 26 oz Dilour showed that the three colors that could be ordered were blue, brown and green (picture and description), In the drop-down, the options were blue, green or Walnut. I selected walnut, thinking that the drop-down was incorrect and that I would get brown. I sent the company a communication (it was a weekend and they were not answering their phone) via their site link stating the issue and telling them that I wanted brown. We also called them the following Monday to ensure that they knew we wanted brown, and would have cancelled the order if we found out it was going to be walnut, but again no answer. Three days later (still no email or phone communication from the company) we received the order at our house and it is Walnut. Two more emails and two more phone calls and they finally picked up. The only way that we can remediate the problem is to send the carpet tiles back, pay for shipping and also pay for a 20% restocking fee. The bottom line is that they take no responsibility for inaccuracies on their web site or their poor customer service. In this day and age, to find an online company that is this bad is surprising. I could not recommend them to anyone.
A year ago I paid extra to order 290 red tiles, but received the entire shipment in black (which was less expensive). I notified the company of the error, and agreed to a refund of the difference I paid extra for and they would ship me 50 red tiles at no cost. I did receive the 50 tiles, but I never received my refund. They have since stopped returning my calls and emails. To be clear, I was willing to pay extra for a certain color, but they sent me the standard cheaper black. I agreed to the 50 tiles at no cost and refund of the overages as a compromise, but I've gotten the short end of the stick twice. I understand things happen, but this company does not deliver what they promise, nor will they fix their errors. Buyer beware.
