For two years I have been trying to get the floors on my second level replaced. It seems that flooring businesses closer to Destin only want new builds and not remodels. I visited Rachael and John at Carpet One of Panama City and in less than a year, the floor of my dreams was a reality! Rachael diligently tried to locate the tile I had in mind. It took me 5 months to locate the brand and color. The tile came from a firm outside of their 'network' and yet they still got it.

Once the tile and wood was chosen, John went to work engineering the sub floor and padding differences to yield a perfect thickness with multiple floor products. He and the expert team of installers navigated existing staircase platforms ( 2nd of 3 floors, open floor plan) and other furniture challenges.
