We had Flooring Depot remove carpet from two bedrooms and closets and replace with laminate. I was happy with the job they did and the price seemed fair. They did the job in one day after the flooring came in. Cheryl our sales associate did a great job, very nice person. The new flooring did match the other rooms of our home perfectly.
What an awesome experience with the store. The staff at the store very helpful, nice, handle everything very professional. The installers that came out to install the flooring was very nice and careful installing the floor. They did an awesome job. If I have anything else to renovate or install or purchase I will definitely be going back to them. The manager Kristen she was unbelievable. Hands down everyone. I did a large home renovation myself laying over 1300sqft of LVF. I couldn't have done it without Cheryl Greenfield, she helped me through the whole process from picking the product to measuring and installation. I couldn't be happier. It looks great, was easy to install, high quality, and a great price. I also want to mention that the warehouse and tool store people were very helpful giving me install advice and suggesting the right tools. Flooring Depot and Cheryl doubtless saved me $1000's
The company I work for has done a lot of business with them. We've always had a great experience and most of the people that work there are very helpful. It's like any other place, you'll come across some people that have been working there a long time and are having a bad day, but I won't let that change the fact that we've been able to get some good things from them, at a decent price, and most of the employees are very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend. Most of the time they will sit down with you and help you figure out exactly what you need and print out a 3D photo and all kinds of other information so that you know exactly what you're getting before you pay for it. We rarely go anywhere else for our kitchen and bathroom purchases! (Depending on the client)They've even help me figure out a couple things for a job that I just needed advice on. Like I said, definitely recommend! I wish I could remember the name of the young guy that helped me recently because he was awesome! He really went out of his way to help me with everything and I appreciate it!
They have had to come out 9 times since the floor was installed two years ago.installation manager knew the installation was a mess and even have a recording of him calling his installers a not so nice names after one of the times they came out to fix something and one of him getting on the installer for rushing thru a fix because his wife wanted him home another time.This last time we called about an existing problem they sent an invoice of $1800 for 8 boxes to fix the problem, that has been a problem since day one. After a couple of weeks they finally said “they would make it right… don’t worry about the invoice.” When the installer came out he only had one box… instead of the 8. So not the same repair as what they wanted us to pay for… just the minimum they could get away with. When we called to talk to the sales manager who said don’t worry about it, he was out so we left a long message about our confusion on the work that would be done. He still has not returned our call. When he finished we noticed two boards had cracked corners…not sure how the installer didn’t notice. So then he had to come back again. This is just the tip of the iceberg of the problems we’ve had with them. Will never use this company again and will never recommend this company.
