Came here to look at flooring for a condo and they were extremely, patient, knowledgeable and transparent which I appreciated. Arturo had great advice on our project and their selection was very high quality. No high pressure sales tactics and they were super accommodating with every step of the process and definitely happy to be patient with us since we were fairly new to this. Would recommend everyone in the area check out this small business if they have any flooring projects.

I've not used this company, but had to look them up since their signage was shown on an episode of the 70's tv show Family episode Such Sweet Sorrow (S2EP2) so I had to look them up to see if the company was still alive; voila and it is! Congratulations on your longevity and success! Should I make California my dream home, I will look you up for flooring.

These guys are awesome! Mark and Arturo really know their stuff when it comes to flooring. I walked in totally clueless about vinyl, hardwood, and laminate, trying to figure out what to do for my home renovation. They were super patient, breaking everything down for me and answering all my questions. It was great that they let me take samples home to see how the vinyl looked in different lighting. Heads up though, the delivery process can be a bit shakey, so definitely call ahead to nail down a date. Big shout-out to Mark and Arturo for their help - if you're just starting your flooring adventure, this is definitely the place to go!

My wife and I moved to Pasadena in 2016 and bought a wonderful condo. It needed some renovation and we certainly needed new carpeting. Carousel was our choice. Mr Arturo Garcia was the first person we met their and he has been just a delight to work with. He is not only quite knowledgable but is totally service oriented and went way beyond a 100% effort to make certain we got what we needed. When we had to delay installation because of the other renovations, he worked with us and kept in touch with us. When the day of installation arrived, he came and discussed the installation with us and the installation crew, so that the work was completed efficiently and to our exact needs. We are completely delighted with our interaction with Carousel. Arturo cannot be praised highly enough. His fellow flooring expert at Carousel, Marv, also deserves kudos. Based on our experience, we would recommend this company to anyone who is seeking new flooring. They are competent, professional, and caring -- not sure you can ask for more.
