ACS did our installation of LVP, which we purchased from and scheduled with Home Depot. Our experience was fantastic from start to finish. Our installation was scheduled for a Tuesday and Wednesday. When ACS first arrived in the afternoon on Tuesday, the lead installer advised us that our old hardwoods would not have to be torn out, as we had originally been told from the HD estimate. We were happy, as that decreased the time of the job as well as saving us over $3K.The installers arrived on time both days, did an expert job installing the flooring, made recommendations and were concerned about my satisfaction. They moved all of the furniture back to the original places, cleaned up all of their materials, gave me a primer as to how to care for the floors and how to go about getting a refund from HD for the difference in labor costs, and were available to answer any other questions that I had. We’re very happy with the process and the results.
I’m absolutely thrilled with my new hardwood floors! The crew arrived right on time and were extremely professional from start to finish. They took the time to ask about my layout preferences before beginning the installation and followed my instructions perfectly, which I really appreciated.They worked efficiently, paid close attention to detail, and left everything spotless when they were done—including hauling away the old wood floors. The cleanup alone was impressive. Most importantly, the floors look amazing, and the workmanship is top-notch. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality hardwood floor installation.
We had a wonderful experience with ACS for our flooring installation. Communication was perfect. Our friendly installers arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and left no trace besides beautiful new flooring. There has been follow up from the office staff to make sure we weren’t having any problems. We have two more big flooring projects to go, and I look forward to working with them again.
They are horrible. I purchased carpet through Home Depot and they are subcontracted with them. The first installation was on 12/13. They messed trim, a door and there were issues with them laying the carpet. The installers told me if I wanted new tack strips, I would have to provide them and lay them myself. I was paying for this to be done. I also asked about the excess carpet and was told they are not able to leave it, even though I paid for it. They blamed the issues on Home Depot measurement team but they were the ones there cutting and installing it. They were there and did 3 rooms in less than 2 hours. It was a guy and women doing the work. They rushed through it and you can see it with the issues. They offered to bring out another team today 12/26 to fix the issues. They did not fix them but instead caused more damage to walls and trim. When I addressed what they were doing and the damage, they got mad and up and left. Telling me they would not complete the job. I have a 3rd installer coming out on 12/30. They will not do anything about all the damage. I have messed up trim, door, walls and carpet. I would avoid them at all costs. The customer service reps have been friendly and kind when speaking to them and trying to help but it’s not them. It’s the installers and their work. Home Depot did a great job, from the design to the final installation. Very impressive! Kept me informed through the entire project. Worked aroundmy schedule. The end result was just amazing. I highly recommend for kitchen design and cabinets. Everyone was very professional and accommodating. They made it very painless. The design and cabinets are perfect!
