Pro-tile LLC did a fantastic job for my tiles at home! It looks absolutely stunning and I love it! They were very detail oriented and I loved how they asked me before hand how I would like the tiles!

We had a good experience with Pro-Tile LLC. Team arrived on time. Tiles were placed very neatly. Cleaned up nicely when the job was completed. Team was professional. Will consider them for the future projects.

Pro Tile came to us via Home Depot so we were not sure what type of service we would receive. Our project was completed above and beyond our expections. Giovanni offered us suggestions to update the look we originally selected which we really appreciated. His tile work is excellent! We are looking forward to having them complete the painting on our Kitchen renovation as well. Liz took time out of her busy schedule to stop by to look at our project and offer some suggestions again very much appreciated. Excellent Service!

I couldn’t be more thrilled with the work Pro-Tile, LLC did on our basement flooring and bathroom shower enclosure! From the very first consultation to the final installation, they went above and beyond in every aspect of the project.
Liz and Giovanni are awesome! Not only did they execute the work to perfection, but they also exceeded the agreed-upon scope by offering valuable advice and additional solutions to make our space even better than we imagined.
The team was punctual, professional, and truly dedicated to ensuring every detail was done right. Giovanni is a perfectionist! He didn’t cut any corners and went the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied.
The finished floors are stunning! The quality of the materials, the precision of the installation, and the overall look transformed our basement into a beautiful, functional area.
What really stood out to me was their customer service – they were transparent, communicative, and made sure all our questions were answered along the way.
I cannot recommend Pro-Tile enough. They truly exceeded our expectations, and we will absolutely be using them again for future projects.
Thank you, Pro-Tile, for making our basement renovation a success!

Pro-Tile Installation & Home Improvements LLC came through in a huge way saving us with being able to handle our kitchen cabinet install last minute! Short story is 6 out of 21 cabinets came in damaged and delaying the project. I was going to do the install, but in the end, Liz and Pro-Tile Installation & Home Improvements LLC did the project because we couldn’t. They got us in their schedule as soon as they could and communicated with us through every step. Extremely happy with their work as they brought our vision into reality. Highly recommend and best of all, great price for above grade work.
