Nick was absolutely amazing. He is so helpful in helping me choose the best floor for my own down to the nitty gritty details. He even FaceTimed me so I can show him certain areas of my house that I had questions about and he took his time answering all of my questions with extreme detail. Highly recommend him and his crew. I am extremely pleased with meeting with Manager Nick on Monday 9.15; explaining what I wanted (carpet for master bedroom and closet); to providing dimensions required on Tuesday 9.16…to having the carpet/padding installed on Thursday 9.18 by Angel and his Assistant! Fast and efficient. The carpet is beautiful and the padding is lush and feels wonderful. It all looks beautiful. The installers were fast, clean and very polite and helpful.
