We can’t rave enough about Sierra Flooring! Rob and his team were outstanding to work with through every step of our renovation process, and we are thrilled with how our floors look. My husband and I agree that the installation team - Patrick, Elizabeth, and Bryson - provided the best customer service we have ever received, bar none. They completed a complicated job in an efficient and professional manner. Their work ethic is outstanding, and they are a pleasure to work with. I deeply regret hiring Sierra Flooring for a very large renovation we did in 2020. When the shower pan they installed started having issues, I reached out to them last March. I provided photos and asked them for help.The response was We will get back to you. Then nothing. I followed up in June. Nothing. Then in July after a personal tragedy and tired of chasing after a company that clearly didn’t care about customer service.I just wanted the issue fixed before it became a bigger issue. I paid out of pocket to have another company come in and replace the shower floor. After the floor was replaced I contacted Sierra again to show them the extent of the damage and what it cost me to have it repaired and replaced. I was again told, by the owner this time, that they would get back to me….I’m still waiting 3 months later. It is beyond frustrating that a company has no problem taking your money but totally ignores you when there is a problem with there workmanship. The lack of accountability and professionalism is appalling! If you are considering using Sierra just remember if something goes wrong they may not stand behind there workmanship!

Want to post how happy we are with the job that Patrick , Elizabeth and Bryson just completed for us. We had our old laminate replaced with a beautiful vinyl plank and had a vision for our bathrooms that turned out perfectly to what we wanted. They were so professional and knowledgeable fixing existing problems with the old floor to ensure we would be ?? happy with our new flooring. The wainscoting and new baseboards and trim turned out so perfect! They showed up every day on time and ensured all of our furniture and walls were protected from any damage. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get any project done. You won’t be disappointed with their work!! Rob and all the staff were so helpful with the whole project too!! Can’t recommend them enough!!

Huge shout out to Sierra Flooring. From the estimation process and planning with Rob, to the installation and finishing with Patrick, Elizabeth and Bryson, the process was flawless. Over 2000sqft of challenging to install, herringbone luxury vinyl flooring. Patrick, Elizabeth and Bryson stayed positive, had fun and completely transformed our home into my dream home. I can’t thank them enough and miss having there smiling faces to greet us every morning. I highly, highly recommend them!

Sierra flooring had the best price for this luxury vinyl plank flooring and we LOVE it! They installed it on our stairs and throughout the main floor of our home. Fantastic customer service and Patrick is an amazing installer!!!! Thank you Rob & Patrick for taking such good care of us and making sure we were 100% happy!
