Had a superb experience from the moment we walked into the door. We were greeted warmly by Tera and she was very helpful and was a delight to work with. Tim is the nicest down to earth guy and was a pleasure to welcome him into our home for measurements. We are so happy with our window treatments and look forward to working with them again in the future!

The whole experience was so easy! From picking out the floor from all the choices, quickly setting up appointment for measurements to the installation! Everyone was personable, knowledgeable and cared about my experience as a customer! Highly recommend, the only issue now is which room to do next!! Love my new floor!
Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful in the process of picking out our new carpet. Our installer was very nice, professional, and punctual. This was such a pleasant shopping experience, and I couldn't be happier! Vonderheide's is absolutely amazing!
Vonderheide was recommended to us by a friend as we were replacing carpet and installing hardwood. We could not have been more pleased with the entire expirience! From the first visit, Terra spent the time to discuss the project, provide input, allow us to take samples home, answer questions along the way, help order boxes to ensure we wanted the floor, etc. When we narrowed it down, Tim measured and provided the quote. They were both extremely helpful when we were modifying the quote to stay within out budget and Tim even came out again to measure an area that we switched from hardwood to carpet. We were also fortunate to win the raffle they have so that was a nice bonus. When we finally finalized ordered everything, the installation was smooth and we received updates. The installers were professional, kept the area clean and knowledgeable. I could not recommend Vonderheide more and thank you again to Terra, Tim and the installers!
