We went into Bram Flooring kind of knowing what we wanted and Virgil greeted us with a warm hello and welcome. We told him what our must haves list was, and he proceeded to guide us through carpet types, thickness and padding. hitting all our must haves. we left the location with samples to lay on the floor by our furniture. We contacted Virgil with our decision, and he supplied us with a complete estimate and we agreed. The installation crew was flawless. The guys were great with moving the furniture and asking us to verify the location of the furniture when they were done. They cleaned and vacuumed both rooms. We could not be any more satisfied with the finished product. Great job Virgil and great job Bram Flooring.
Bram Flooring was great to work with. Aaron had good communication throughout and provided a fair estimate. Joey and Eric did an excellent job on the installation, delivering quality work while keeping the area very clean. From start to finish, the whole process from estimate to completed installation only took two weeks. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Bram Flooring.
Bram flooring is by far one of the best overall companies I’ve been involved with. They’re truly customer and family oriented! Julie is friendly and very detail oriented. Mitch came out right away and gave a fast and fair estimate for my entire home, no surprises. I chose Mohawk revwood laminate flooring. They have many to choose from, but Julie helped us find what we wanted. The flooring is beautiful, durable, and the color we were looking for. The installer is very trustworthy man named, Carlos. His crew works methodically and made all the corners and angles I was worried about look easy. I had been dealing with my wife in hospital at the time of install so I left my home with Carlos. He and his crew not only installed my flooring but made sure to clean up everyday, lock my home up as I would, brought in all my packages delivered, and most of all still focused on the details of my flooring. Carlos was very informative on what he intended to do and where he was going to begin work. They did such an awesome job on our flooring, so awesome it was the first thing I wanted to show my wife once she was released from hospital. Bram flooring is a must if you’re in the market!!
