We found Floors N More because they could source the original floor tile that was in our home. We wanted to replace the carpet in the Guest Bedroom, Den, Master Bedroom/Closet to match before the patterns/lots changed. We also wanted to add a backsplash in the kitchen. We dropped into the showroom to see backsplash options. Lisa/owner was very friendly and great showing us options/answering questions and providing us grout and tile samples to take home and view there. Matt/Owner, later came out to give us an estimate and confirm what we were thinking. Matt answered any questions and measured and provided us an estimate before he left. Of course we already had chosen what tile we wanted by this time. Matt came when he said he would and installation began when he told me. Some other options I explored, I had to independently figure out installation. Which took a long time trying to get find someone or get someone to get back to me. Floors n More was also competitive on price, compared to other quotes we got. What we liked was they could give us a firm date on install. They also said they would work with us on installation. The amount of rooms we were doing, was going to be a challenge on moving out furniture/clothing/etc. Some other companies, said we had to have all rooms cleared out before they began. We were able to cycle through rooms, that made it more manageble to accomplish. We liked that Floors n More have their own people that do the work. Ramone/installer, arrived on time. He was very courtious/efficient/cleaned up at the end of the day/listened to any questions or concerns we had. He accomplished our job in a week.

Floors N More was great to work with. I have already recommended them to at least 3 of my friends/neighbors.

We could not be more pleased with our new flooring from Matt, and his team, at Floors 'n More. We hired them to remove all of the carpeting in our upstairs and replace with luxury vinyl plank flooring. The entire process, from start to finish, was a great experience and I highly recommend choosing them for your next flooring job. The store has a large selection of products to choose from, which the staff are very knowledgeable about, to help you pick the right solutions for your home.

Once we selected the flooring we wanted, Matt was out to our house within a couple of days, to measure our space and provide a very comprehensive and detailed estimate based on our needs, including moving furniture, removal and replacement of baseboards, repairing and leveling damaged sub floors, etc. The pricing was so reasonable that we ended up replacing the flooring in a portion of our downstairs, as well as replacing the carpeting on our stairs.

Matt was able to get his team scheduled to start the job the following week and they worked tirelessly to get everything completed to perfection, as quickly as possible, without cutting corners. Jose, the project manager, was very friendly and kept us informed each day about progress, notified us of issues as they arose and offered solutions to repair.

If 100 stars was an option, I would pick it in a heartbeat! Matt and his crew were absolutely amazing! They completed our bath to walk-in shower in one week and even worked a Saturday to get us done on time. Everyone that walked into our home was very knowledgeable, friendly, hard-working and courteous since I work from home. They showed up daily on time, took a few minutes to explain what they would be doing that day and a few minutes at the end to let us know what was done and explain the next step. Floor n More has done our master bathroom remodel Put down new tile throughout and replace all of our carpet and now the upstairs bathroom. They will definitely be the only call we make when we’re ready for our next big project. A huge thank you to Matt, Lisa and their amazing group of men that worked tirelessly to get us back to normal as soon as possible!!

I recently had my flooring redone by Matt and his team, and overall I am very pleased with the results. Matt, the owner, was extremely attentive throughout the process—he checked in with me regularly and even sent progress photos along the way, which I really appreciated. His crew was polite, efficient, and worked quickly without leaving any downtime between steps, from sanding to laying the floors to installing the baseboards.

One thing I really value is that they stood by their work. After the main job was complete, they came back promptly to fix small areas that needed attention, such as caulking and a few misaligned nails in the baseboards. The finished floors are smooth, level, and feel wonderful to walk on.

One critique would be the pattern of how the planks were laid. In some areas, the seams line up in a way that feels a bit repetitive, and I would have preferred more variation in the staggered pattern.

That said, the quality of the workmanship and customer service was excellent, and I would happily recommend Matt and his team to anyone looking to have their floors done.

Matt and his team saved us when we ran into trouble with another contractor that had done subpar work. Matt coordinated every detail seamlessly and incredibly kindly, removing all stress from us. His team came in and demo’ed the work that was done improperly, and then installed flooring, baseboards, and two bathrooms, quickly and beautifully, to drastically transform our home. I would recommend Floors n More a thousand times over. So grateful for Matt and his team.
