Friedman's Home Improvement Petaluma

I really like Friedman's in general, but the Petaluma Friedman's is particularly nice. With the spacious interior and helpful staff added to the unique exterior decor, I genuinely feel happy every time I visit this store. Great job, guys! ????

I’ve spent thousands of dollars a year at Friedmans and generally find the staff knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately, their return policy is so rigid and unpleasant it’s driving me to shop elsewhere — even if it means a 15-mile trip to Home Depot. Every return feels like an interrogation. They question everything — the condition, the packaging, how and when I purchased it — even when the item is clearly unused. I return maybe three times a year out of hundreds of purchases, yet I’m treated like I’m trying to pull a fast one. I’ve never experienced a hardware store with a worse return experience. It’s frustrating enough that, despite the helpful salespeople and the convenience, I’ll go elsewhere to avoid the hassle.
