Carla was knowledgeable, very responsive, and patient. A no pressure transaction.Highly recommend working with her and shopping AZ Floors- high quality products and value. My selection just happened to be on sale!
Carla was outstanding! She made the entire process seamless and offered expert advice. The prices are fair, and the service is top-notch. Exceptional service is hard to come by, but they went above and beyond my expectations. I’ll definitely be back!
I worked with Brian Lawson at the Surprise location. I had my entire house re-tiled, all new baseboards installed, as well as have an electrical outlet installed in the floor in the middle of my 30-foot-long Livingroom. Brian took care of everything. Coordinated all contractors & personally supervised the construction. Brian kept me up to date on the progress by text & photos. I am extremely satisfied with the finished product. Everything looks AMAZING. I would highly recommend Arizona Floors & More.
Would not recommend. Bombarded me with text to come out and see the floors on behalf of State Farm for an estimate. After J.S. took my some of my flooring to try and find a match she never returned it. Text several times. No response after 15 days. She finally responds and has no idea what I'm talking about. I would not recommend this company to anyone I like. What is funny I didn’t mention being denied in this review. Seems like something that is should be between my adjuster and myself. Your company was there to provide an estimate. Hmm. I simply reviewed your customer service skills are very poor. With that being said it seems strange to me that you mention that first given the title JS has is insurance manager. Anyone with State Farm might want to look into this before anyone from this company steps on property. Reminds me of the “contractors” that come out for home warranty policies..
I don't write reviews often, but this one warrants a review.TLDR: Floors look great. The price was reasonable and install was quick, but poor communication between sales-team and the installers and the sales-team and the customers, and reluctance to rectify reasonable and easy-to-solve issues (like just being able to buy some extra tiles) makes it very hard to recommend this company. Now to the specifics. We’ll start off with the positives.First, the floors look great, the install went relatively quickly (about a week for ~1700 square feet), and the price for the flooring/install was reasonable. Now to some of the negatives.First, there seemed to be an issue with communication between the people selling the floor/installation and the team doing the installing. Example: it was stressed that my wife battles with respiratory issues and that steps should be taken to minimize dust/debris from floating and settling everywhere during the tile removal; this didn’t happen to any significant extent and this dust from the tile demo gets EVERYWHERE (walls/electronics/in the carpet/in the ventilation system/etc. and we could “taste” the debris in the air for several days after the dust settled). Another example: before the project began, we opted to have the baseboards removed and reinstalled (which was in the contract), however, the baseboards were carelessly removed and destroyed so they could not be reinstalled; they then tried to make us come out of pocket for the new baseboards. After we refused, they ate the cost of the baseboards and installed baseboards that look virtually identical to our old ones (kudos for doing the right thing in this situation).Unfortunately, after the baseboards were installed, the door stoppers were not reinstalled. We tried to have this issue rectified multiple times by reaching out to the project manager and the installers themselves and we were told that someone would be out to reinstall them, but this never happened (not to mention that there was no consideration for our schedules and when we could be home to let in the workers, though this isn’t a huge issue because we’re flexible and have some ability to work around it, though this might not be the case for everyone). After a few months, we finally gave up on trying to get the door stoppers reinstalled.Third, it was difficult getting a hold of anyone after the installation was complete. Example: we wanted to buy some replacement tiles in case any of our tiles break and need to be replaced (and maybe the manufacturer of our current tile goes out of business or stops making that specific tile). It took several phone calls and personal trips to the store just to BUY – with money – more of the tiles that were installed. This makes me concerned about honoring any warranty work. It’s been about 8 months since the install and the doorstoppers still aren’t installed. That being said, the tiles do look great and we regularly get compliments on them. I don’t have an alternative company to recommend, but can’t say that I would personally recommend them to any one based on our experience.
