Richard and his supervisors were extremely helpful when I came in to place an order for tile for my entire house. I needed a large amount of one particular tile and Richard took the time to call around to find me exactly what I needed in order to stay with one caliber for all of the tiles. I love Floor & Decor, the products, the tile variety. This review is specific to the Phoenix Camelback store.
Arlene was excellent and went out of her way to help locate misplaced marble tile. She was professional and knowledgeable, and I'm grateful for her help.
The problem was management and follow through. I was told at checkout not to move my cart and that help would be sent to load the boxes of tile I purchased. As Edward completed a team meeting at the Pro Desk, I waited, employees and management just watched and I felt extremely uncomfortable.
What makes this especially disappointing is that the cashier staff did everything correctly. They offered help, requested assistance over the radio, and set the expectation that support would be provided. Had someone simply communicated that no one was available, I would have handled the situation myself without wasting time or standing there waiting while being ignored.
I am sharing this review because my experiences at other Floor & Decor locations have always involved a high level of professionalism and respect for customers' time. At this location, however, it was made very clear that unless you are extremely able bodied be prepared to do everything yourself, please don't expect support, even when it is offered.
As both a licensed contractor and a woman, I found it unacceptable to be completely ignored by a room full of employees and management while struggling with heavy materials. I will be avoiding this location entirely moving forward and will instead continue to support other Floor & Decor stores that uphold the level of service the brand is known for.

We had an overall very positive experience with Floor & Decor and would absolutely continue to shop here for future projects. One of the first things that stood out was how clean and well-organized the store was. The aisles were clear, products were easy to locate, and everything felt well maintained, which makes a big difference when you’re shopping for materials and trying to make decisions.

We placed an online order first thing in the morning, which was convenient and easy to complete. The website was straightforward, and the ordering process itself was smooth. When we arrived at the store, however, we noticed that the order had not yet been pulled and was only started once we checked in. The store was not busy at the time, so it would have been ideal if online orders placed early in the day were pulled ahead of the customer’s arrival to help speed up the pickup process. This is a small operational detail, but one that could really enhance the customer experience.

That said, the staff was courteous and helpful, and once the process started, everything moved along just fine. The selection, pricing, and overall professionalism made the visit worthwhile. Despite the minor delay with the online order pickup, the experience was still a good one, and it’s clear that Floor & Decor puts effort into maintaining a clean store and providing quality products.

With a little improvement in online order fulfillment timing, this would easily be an excellent experience from start to finish. Overall, we’re happy with our visit and would recommend Floor & Decor to anyone looking for flooring and design materials.

Absolutely phenomenal!! Richard spent over an hour helping me decide on tile for my floor and shower. He explained the difference in the tiles and recommended what would work better with my project. He saved me a ton of money which is the best part. He had our best interest at heart and I can’t sing enough praises for that. Everyone needs more employees like Richard! Thank you sir, for your impecable professionalism and love for your trade!
